"THE COOKING SERIES" is a long-awaited knife developed by FDECA in response to customers' desire to enjoy cooking outdoors. The curving from the handle to the blade makes the folding knife portable and easy to use (creates hand clearance like kitchen knife). The blade is made of Yasuki Silver Paper No. 3 Steel, which is sharp and rust-resistant. All the parts are made of stainless steel, so they don't get rust and easy to disassemble for maintenance. As a cooking knife, steak knife and butter knife, it is useful for outdoor cooking.

Burmese teak “Naguri”
This is an ancient Japanese processing technique "Naguri" by cutting with "chona” - Japanese hand axe in which marks are left on boards and pillars of Japanese traditional buildings. It creates a dynamic atmosphere. Naguri finish of knife handle is done by machine.

The “Black” uses laminated and reinforced wood which has a high strength gained by compressing the overlapped natural wood piece impregnated with resin at high temperature and high pressure.It is resistant to moisture and has a high water repellency, while it has a good texture and is easy to fit in hand.
